    Designed specifically for children aged 2-11, Mindful Little Sprout's play-based emotional wellbeing classes can help your child navigate big feelings, reduce anxiety and embrace life’s ups and downs.

    A Calm Haven in a Busy World

    We want all children to feel better about themselves and are on a mission to pass on important skills to help them do just that.

     

    Mindful Little Sprouts is built on the belief that all children deserve to have a toolkit that helps them understand and manage their emotions in a healthy way. It can be easy to get overwhelmed which can lead to frustration and anxiety. Our fun and friendly sessions provide a safe space for your child to explore their emotions and make sense of big feelings whilst equipping them with the skills they need to thrive.

     

    Our classes are not intended to replace therapy or professional mental health support, instead they are designed to offer a fun way for your child to experience ideas and techniques in an activity club style setting that can help them as they grow.

     

    By using recognised therapeutic approaches and mindfulness techniques in a gamified way, our classes are designed to support all children in understanding ways to regulate their emotions and provide them with a calm space to unwind.

     

    In each session you can expect:

    Fun, interactive mindfulness and meditation activities for preschoolers and young children.

     

    Experiential learning through storytelling, movement, reflection and creativity.

     

    Tangible coping strategies explored through engaging activities.

     

    Designed for parents, schools and caregivers with ideas and guidance for the grown ups to support healthy minds and positive attitudes.

     

    It's Not Easy Being a Kid

    Children today are more likely to experience chronic stress and anxiety due to academic pressure, social media, and world events beyond their control (UK Mental Health Foundation)​ with 1 in 6 children (5-16 years) in the UK experiencing struggles with their mental health, up from 1 in 9 in 2017 (NHS Digital, 2023).

    How Our Program Aims to Develop Emotional Resilience in Children

    Mindfulness & Meditation

    These relaxation techniques help children calm their minds and focus their attention, reducing the impact of overwhelming thoughts and emotions.

    Emotional Awareness

    We help children identify and name their emotions, a process that’s proven to reduce anxiety and improve emotional regulation.

    Resilience-Building Activities

    Children learn tangible ways to self-soothe, stay grounded, and regulate their emotions during stressful moments.
